You haven't been raped, and the comparison is very offensive.

A performance review for a cleaner???

I work in a hotel, all cleaners, and indeed all staff get a performance review 121 etc at 4 8 12 weeks and then annually.
  • The definition of 'rape' includes psychological rape which, had you had an ounce of intelligence, you would have realised what I meant.

    Now.

    Start again.

No it isn't. There is no comparison implied.

I felt sorry for you till i read this part......

Then you need to read it again.
  • Well, where does one start with comments like this?

So you have been physically assaulted and had someone shove his penis in one of your orifices? If so, you need to call the police. Pronto.

    Like giving some advice?

Now I'm ashamed to work for this place. I feel angry. I feel like I've been raped. I had high hopes for this job and they've ruined it with their selfish attitude.

With comments like that you deserve to be treated the way you are, how can you even contemplate comparing your treatment to that of a rape victim.

What are you on about? You're not seriously thinking that two executive bosses came into the gym where I work and sexually raped me in full view of 100 or more customers?

You need to read again what I wrote in the correct context.

    Oh yes a performance review.
  • once a fortnight or so nod politly and get on with the job.

If they get specific hand them the tools and say show me how to do it properly shouting/moaning/abusing/... won't help me improve.

    keep clam.

Your boss is the problem they should be dealing with this so push back on her for documented process and proceedures.

Look for ways to improve productivity
She has come udner abuse from them herself as well. When she gets it, we get it. She lacks people skills as well.

Seems you're not exactly excelling in people skills either..... I'd suggest getting a new post pronto where hopefully the management meet your requirements.
