Executive Bosses Bullying Staff.

I, including other cleaners I work with, are being bullied by two executive bosses who show up once a fortnight or so.
Since the day the place opened these bosses have reduced an employee to tears, has made someone walk-out, and now three staff are threatning to look for a job elsewhere or walk out.
Today was the last straw for me. We are cleaners. Sometimes we have so much work to do and it is difficult to keep up. It is a huge gymnasium (which I shall not mention the name of). Customers always bring their mess in, and we have to keep on-top of things all the time; there is little respite. Today I was on my own doing two jobs. It was hard work, but the executive bosses were not happy. They talked down to me, they embarrassed me, in front of the customers. One customer who over-heard the abuse took me to one side and said he had never heard anything like it, and that he would just walk out if it happened to him.
One of them whom I hate the most is sending me a letter through the post; a performance review. He then threatened to get rid of me if I didn't improve. At that point I would have punched himin the face, and I bet the sales team who sympathise with us would applaud at me for doing it!
Btw, there are four cleaners; we are understaffed. They won't listen to us. We asked for a hand-held-hoover so that we could go around and hoover up the small bits whenever a customer made it, and they dismissed the suggestion.
They have singled me out for this performance review. No-one else is getting one. Even my manager sympathised with me today and that is rare!!
These executives walk in and throw their weight around. They talk to us like dirt. Even the top owner of the company I would not !!!!-on if he was on-fire. He is totally ignorant aresehole. Even my manager boss gets grilled sometimes by him, but then she gets onto us when they are gone. No-one likes them.
Now I'm ashamed to work for this place. I feel angry. I feel like I've been raped. I had high hopes for this job and they've ruined it with their selfish attitude.

Someone needs to stand up to them!! But who? This cannot continue. All my work colleagues are threatning to walk-out; we are not happy workers.

There is the actual owner. But no-one likes him either. A female employee made a complaint against him in a tribunal.
We do have an HR dept but they are as useful as a chocolate fireguard.
The complaints procedure seems worthless. Anyone who makes a complaint gets the sack.0 -

With comments like that you deserve to be treated the way you are, how can you even contemplate comparing your treatment to that of a rape victim.Be Alert..........Britain needs lerts.0 -

Count yourself lucky they're giving you a performance review, after 6 weeks they're quite within their rights to sack your behind on the spot, without notice.Retired member - fed up with the general tone of the place.0

once a fortnight or so nod politly and get on with the job.
If they get specific hand them the tools and say show me how to do it properly shouting/moaning/abusing/... won't help me improve.

Your boss is the problem they should be dealing with this so push back on her for documented process and proceedures.
