Unfortunately, this means that your purchase of PPI was "non-advised" so it means you don't have a valid mis-selling complaint. You bought the PPI of your own volition, it wasn't sold to you.i did not speak to any person from the bank,they just sent forms to sign,so no explanation from anyone about anything,
