Scrap that. Just reserved 2 furbies (one for my DS and one for my youngest sister) and the £49.99 nerf gun. Will get the money off my mum for the furby so got DS two main pressies for £59.99

Still not showing reduced price but fingers crossed for in store. Will let you's all know this afternoon!

Does the discount show in your basket? - I just reserved 3 items for store pick up (all said were available in the 3 for 2 offer) yet showed at full price when I reserved. When I go to pick up and pay tomorrow will be discount be applied?

I think I read somewhere in the website that it would be deducted at the till

Nothing showing reduced in my basket, going to pop into town and collect them shortly so will update on whether they honour the prices. Also noticed that some of the prices of the toys had gone up.....!! Glad I was able to use the back button and get a print out.

that will be fine , as it will still be one transaction in store. Just tell them you want to pay for them together.

Gutted all I wanted was fireman Sam bike, flicker scooter, and Lego mine set it seems the flicker and bike arnt included in the offer!

I reserved my items yesterday ( smart trike safari monkey, chad valley baby quad bike and bounce and spin zebra). When I got to store today the prices had gone up for the trike and zebra but on questioning this they did an override to put the prices back to the reserve price and the 3 for 2 also kicked in. Very pleased and can confirm the smart trikes at least appear to be included.

Just had THE most painful shopping experience ever! I had one reservation for 3 £10 toys and one for 3 £20 toys. So i asked if I pay for them all together will it take off the best offer for me or just the cheapest two? She says the best offer, puts in my reservation numbers and it takes 2 £10 toys off so I ask to pay separately and she just couldn't understand what I was getting at!

Then she says that if I pay separately then I won't get the £5 voucher, I tried explaining that if I pay together then I will save £20 on toys and get a £5 voucher, if I pay separately then I will save £30. She still didn't understand so I gave up. This is why I always use the self serve tills but they were broken today!
