Isn't delivery free if it's an online exclusive?

That's bad news. What a shame.

The online exclusive item does say free delivery but other two are not so I am assuming that means no free delivery! Rubbish  Not that I can even place my order as yet.....
  • Just phoned my order through instead. £3.95 delivery which I hate paying, you'd think they'd do it for free when you spend over a certain amount - spent £113 so not like it was a small amount. Forgot to check how I would get my £10 voucher though - should it come with delivery ?
Chuffed though as the balance bike I wanted had gone down £20 overnight so I didn't have to buy something I don't really want/need :)
  • If you order online then your voucher will be sent in an email, I think. But if you order online, you can only use your vouchder online, and not in store.

with the delivery, this is weird. £8.95 deliver charge is normally for items that require 2 men, and £5.95 is for 1 man delivery. £3.95 is normally for little, small items. Alot of online only items are free delivery. hope this helps

  • I have 3 items in my basket but it's not taking the offer price off? They are for home delivery and 1 is an online exclusive. These should still be included though, am I right? Will they take the offer price off after I enter card details?

    Thanks in advance

I have just tried to do the same when phoning order in but was told you can't mix the order - it either has to be all online exclusives or all from normal catalogue for the deal to kick in. For example three online exclusives would get one item free but two normal items and one online exclusive would be charged full price.
  • Thank you, that explains it. Can't find 3 things I want instore or online so will miss out this time :(
  • I reserved a furby, nerf target striker and a lego bionicle figure but my total price didn't include discount. Hoping they will take it off in store! :)
  • I reserved 3 items under 3 different reservation numbers yesterday for collection today, does anyone know if I can group them together & get the 3 for 2 when I go into the store?

    Thanks
