  • Hi can anyone tell me do they think the ereader below would count as a toy? its in the toy section! Also do you think it looks worth the money? its for an 9 year old but not sure weather to put the extra and get her the kindle she was asking for. TIA x

In my opinion kindle kindle kindle!
Its only 10 more, although not in 342. I have a kindle and its fab, tried the kindle app on my playbook and although it looks great its not as kind on the eyes with the backlit display. Plus at 9 the kindle will have much more cred and last many years.
  • hi, i was wondering, if i order 3 toys from the 2 for £30 what would the outcome be, i was hoping it'd be 3 toys for £30, but is that wishful thinking?x

If they all cost £20 then you'd get the 3 of them for £40 under the 3 for 2 offer. 2 for £30 offer is cancelled out.

just wondering if anyone knows where I stand where an item says you get a free item when you by said item?

I have reserved 3 items, 1 being 906/0254 dolls highchair, it says you get item 906/0285 free with above,
am I likely to get the 2 paid for items, plus the free highchair PLUS the free stroller(906/0285)

just not sure the dolls highchair is worth £25 when I can by a real baby sized one for around the same price :p

    thank you in advance

Sorry if this has already been asked before. Can I order on line exclusives in store for home delivery and still get the 3 4 2 ??

    Yes you can :)
  • Hi

I wonder if there are any argos staff on this thread thay can help out with my question. I bought 3 innotab 2's in the offer bit have now decided to get leappads instead. When i bought the innotabs i checked with the sales assistant that they were included in the 30 day moneyback guarantee an he said they were and that they were showing as normal items on the till which means they are returnable but when i came home and checked online it says that they are excluded from the 30 day moneyback guarantee but tge receipt doesnt have the usual cross symbol to indicate that they are excluded. Do you know if i will be able to get a refund?

    Thanks in advance.
  • Just a quick note to add that whoever was looking for bikes on 3 for 2, might want to check out the homebase website. as far as I can see they have most of the bikes that argos do, at the same prices, but they are on 3 for 2 at homebase. there is also a code for 15% off (on top of other offers) on their website, although I haven't tried it as only want 1. If any one else is looking for outdoor toys - scooters, ride ons etc, also might be worth a look to save the 15% on top.

do the items go through if you use the fast track till thingie (the machine where you put the order through yourself using debit card etc-not sure of name)
  • Picked up my 2 orders this morning, used the vouchers I've been saving for doing surveys throughout the year, so £170 toys for £30 cash. I still have a £5 gift card from the last order so may well have to have another trip back for 3 more things! Feel a bit chrismassy now knowing that I have a stash of goodies to add to the bits and bobs I got in the Tesco toy sale a few weeks ago.:jHoping to get a couple of advent calenders and another toy, but one of the one's I want isn't availabe until atleast Tuesday - fingers crossed they will get in stock before time runs out. I love the Argos 342 toy offer as I have never had any luck with the Sainsburys 1/2 price toy sale, shelves always swept clear by scary looking women blocking aisles with trolleys
