Need more information on the issue for a better response.
Like faulty from new, or devolped afterwards etc.
If its a section 75 then they are correct as their is no debtor creditor relationship. There is no breech of contract as they have done as contracted in moving money from your account to the merchant.
This has to be direct to the company providing the goods. Not via 3rd party money movement co.Never ASSUME anything its makes a>>> A55 of U & ME <<<0 -

Yes but all i did was pay over the telephone. surely i cant be held responsible for how the supplier receives that money if a was not aware.
and the goods was a brand new door and they have sent the wrong size door, the glass doesnt fit the door, and they say its the right size even though we have the email of the specifications0 -

Wrong, Sagepay aren't like Paypal, they are a link in the chain of customer -> credit card company -> Payment Processors -> Merchant Acquirer.
They are just the same as Streamline in that you pay a fee to the merchant acquirer etc. etc. they are just another link in the debtor / creditor relationship. Whereas Paypal (moving money to a Paypal account rather than a Merchant account) falls outside of the traditional view.0 -

Right so the goods are not faulty.
They are not as described.
Go back to the card provider and get them to action a chargeback for the above reason. You will have to provide proof of what you ordered (email) and what you recieved (photo showing diffrence).
They will ask you to return the goods to the retailer.
dazza.mkThey are just the same as Streamline
But you never see streamline, who are actually part of World pay. Debit as such on your statement. If you use world pay. Then you see the prefix WP> retailer on your statement.
Perhaps these are a case of a retailer not updating their details with sagepay, so it shows them as the description on your statement.Never ASSUME anything its makes a>>> A55 of U & ME <<<0
