it's hard to say if you can get any other benefit as you do not give any details of family and age, disability etc but on 15.5 hours you should at least get housing benefit.

Not good of Morrisons to do this though as they already have 40% of their workforce subsidised on apprenticeships , which are supported by the government, now they also want the tax payer to pay their staff top up benefits too.

My guess is there will be more hours on offer but this means from one week to the next you will not know what you are going to earn, which in turn means any benefits will be a nightmare to sort out as you will have to keep going back to change details with the benefit people, low hours also stops you from getting a lot of credit and all but no chance of getting a mortgage on 15.5 hours...and the government wonder why people don't want to take these jobs.

As far as I know, there is no help for mortgage-payers once you are off Income Support/JSA. There is a mortgage payment run-on for one month if you start work.
