Dilemma - Councill built Vs private built

I understand what your saying. Certain features can be added to a house to make it look more unique, but at least its know that the house is built to last.
This propertry is unlike others in the area and are the only 2 like it on the whole estate/area. For some reason they built those different and is situated on a corner plot having loads of garden.
For a private detatched in the area, your talking around £230k, this council house is going for £130k. Would you say thats a fair estimate? I would probably say the square foot of the house is either the same or more than those privates.
