The OSOYOU Survey Contest is a skill-based contest where users submit at least one vote and quality comment about eligible places listed in Zagat 2013 London Shopping & Food Lover's Survey using Zagat’s Survey tool. After the Survey End Date, Zagat will judge all eligible entries. The Entrant with the highest overall score will win £500 to spend at ASOS. If you leave the Zagat site after registering and would like to submit additional contest votes at a later time, you must re-enter the survey via the url sent to your registered e-mail address.
ETA - It looks like you need a certain cookie to access the page directly.
Try going to https://sites.google.com/site/zagathtc/ and http://www.zagat.com/vote before clicking on the direct link above. You could also scroll down on http://www.zagat.com/vote to the "London Shopping and Food" survey (about 7th row down) and click on that. After doing this I could use the direct link again.
