Easyjet reply to why they're not on flight checker

Hi, if this is the wrong forum, my apologies....

I e-mailed Easyjet about not being on the flight checker. They replied, after 4 weeks, with this:

I would like to apologise for the delay in replying and can assure you this is not of our usual standards.

We would like to thank you for all your comments. However the reason as to why easyJet did not join TheMoneySavingExpert.com website is because the information on the website is misleading as it only shows the fare without the appropriate taxes and charges. Also all fares on the website get updated only once in 24 hours and as you can imagine, our prices change at all times as tickets sell, therefore information given in the morning about fares might not be relevant and correct in the afternoon. We therefore feel that being part of this website would not benefit our customers in any way, as they can find all correct information directly on our website. Please be advised that we have updated our Customer Service Database with your correspondence for future reference.

May we also suggest that for quicker replies to your queries, please refer to the 'Contact Us' section on the easyJet website. Here we have answers to a number of FAQ's (Frequently Asked Questions), which you may be querying. However, if this is not of use you still have the option to contact us by completing a web form online, which can be found under the contact us section.
