    Cashcard = ATM/branch only
    Visa debit = Atm and retailer purchase.

    The Cashcard+ can also be used for retail purchases just like any other Visa card

    Wrong, the CashCard+ can be used for purchases, it is a Visa debit card. The only difference likely to affect OP is the fact the CC+ cannot be used in atms abroad. It can, however be used for purchases abroad.

    Having the account with the CC+ instead of the Debit card does mean that you aren't eligible for the flexclusive offers or free travel insurance though.

    Hi Thanks for that, I found out that N/w lied .
    My daughter recieved her CC+ a couple of days ago, was told on the phone it would be a Visa DC, and she would qualify for free insurance(reason for change of A/cs).
    She phoned N/w last night and cancelled the transfer, but kept the CC+ a/c as a back up instead, luckily her wages and DD,s were due on the 30th then the transfer was to have taken place.
    Also, she wanted to use it abroad, same as her coop visa debit card. Luckily I came on here, I thought they had deceived her, as I have the N/w flexi, with Visa DC, but don,t use it as main A/c, so don,t qualify for travel insurance(can set up DD for 750pm), also just a back up'
    Cheaper just to purchase it online;:beer:
