Sky not paying cashback and claiming staff offer used

Hi
I signed up for Sky from Martins weekly email special offer. See here:

Now Sky have refused to honour their word and will not pay me my due cashback. They falsely claim “Commission cannot be paid in conjunction with staff offer.” I feel that is very dishonest of sky.
What is the best way forward. We are talking a fair bit of money. £125. I went through topcashback.

did you use a half price code as well ??
Topcashback says that you should not use other codes as they may invalidate the cashbackEx forum ambassador

So you are paying full price for the package? I am sure they would know if another package has been issued to you, there must be a discount on your package, which would show up to them as "friends and family".0

Well then there shouldn't be a problem, it's easy for them to see there has not been any staff discount given. We had a £50 cashback with Sky and it was a nightmare getting them to pay up. They tried every which way to get out of it. Took us months to get it. Stick with it and good luck0 -
