Fun Poll

Not so much money saving (sorry if this is the wrong place)...

My girlfriend and I have a deal: The person who doesn't cook has to do the washing up. She cooks, I clean. I cook, she cleans. But here is the disagreement:

I often make double portions and freeze the rest. So, when I cook, I do double. When we reheat the second portion, who should do the washing up? She thinks me!?

;);););) You cook, do dishes and forward plan, that is considered foreplay in my house! You should do everything while she showers and waits in bed.. :D:D:D:D

    :)

    Make sure you reheat it.
    She washes up then.
If she still objects, have a new rule.

You cook your own portion, you wash your own dishes.
Don't give her any of your frozen meals though, let her do her own from scratch, and wash her own stuff.
  • Take it in turns ?
  • I'd go with whoever reheats/dishes up doesn't do the washing up...just like there is very little effort involved in reheating/dishing up, there should also be very little washing up to do and little effort needed for it.

Have you considered suggesting that she does the same as you and makes double portions to freeze too?
Common sense?...There's nothing common about sense!
  • Buy a dishwasher and then you can both keep the bed warm ;)
