Hi ,
We have a Mothercare Norfolk E7193 cot with one broken dropside catch but have been told by Mothercare that it is no longer in stock, any ideas as i would hate to have to buy a whole new cot for a two inch piece of plastic !

Mothercare found me a spare part for a cot that was no longer in their range 6 years after purchase.
Try again and see what response you get.Who made hogs and dogs and frogs?

Did you specifically ask for spares, rather than just ask if the cot is still made / sold? Mothercare have always been very good in my experience with sending out spares (for free) when asked, even if the product in question is no longer part of their current range.0

Asked for the drop down catch , was told it was nolonger available anyway, can't believe there is nowhere that makes something similar /replacement.0

There is one for sale on ebay that might do £10 though so far http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/cot-parts-spares-plastic-swing-catch-for-drop-side-/221129675661?pt=UK_Baby_Nursery_Furniture_ET&hash=item337c5b138d
Then i read same problem here http://www.netmums.com/coffeehouse/products-reviews-505/baby-child-essentials-545/493338-drop-side-cots-where-can-i-get-spare-parts.html
might be worth contacting cossato0
