having been seperated for 4years and trying to get some agreement between myself and ex.. lawyers now tell me that she has no money as her business is not doing well and cannot afford to pay me the split of half which is all im looking for...any advice on how to get some settlement without prolonging this for another number of years... i have had a reasonable amount so far without going into details but she has stalled for all this time ...she was the one who committed adultery and admits such but as ive not got much funds to continually pay legal parties and if she has little according to her legal people ....any suggestions how to get satisfaction financially?? many thanks to anyone who can help..

im still due approx 30k from 50/50 split which was valuation of house and business at time of initial seperation....a business which i worked in for over 25 years helping start it up etc...no debts need clearing...0

received much of funds from sale of house already.. i have my own prooperty now and she only rents...no dependant children involved as they are adults now and living their own lives..0
