£200 Sweetener Offer from Scottish Gas

I'm in the process of switching to Scottish Power, but this morning received a phone call offering £200 credit to stay with SG.I have a couple weeks to decide.Has anyone else received this offer and if so what are the pros and cons?
My Websaver 12 tariff with SG ends in three months time and reverts to the standard tariff. That was the reason for switching to
Scottish Power's tariff fixed till the end of 2013.

Who offered you the £200 backhander? Scottish Gas?

If so, the pro is you will get £200 blackmail money.

The con is you'll end up on quite an expensive tariff, especially if you are moved to their standard tariff in 3 months, and possibly miss the tariff currently on offer to you by SP.
(but presumably you can apply to switch again? SP often offer good bribes via the cashback sites. You could be quids in here!)
