Lost premium bonds

I started buying premium bonds when i was 16 up until i was about 18. This was 10-12 years ago now. Since then i have moved 5 times, got married and changed my name, and hence left (forgotten) the premium bonds i had just sitting there. I have lost the certificates and have no reference number or anything really.
Can i trace them even though i have lost all record of them?
