Eden Project Day Ticket: Tickets must be presented upon entrance into the Eden Project and surrendered to the ticket seller. Day tickets are not valid for events or concerts for which there is a separate charge. Visitors are advised that not all areas may be operational on the day of their visit. All children must be accompanied by an adult. This ticket is not for re-sale, is non-refundable and non-transferable. Photocopies will not be accepted. This ticket cannot be exchanged for cash and is subject to the standard Eden Project operating calendar. This ticket is not eligible for annual membership. SkyWire: To use the SkyWire you must agree to our terms and conditions. Restrictions: • You need to be at least 40kg in weight and 1m 20cm in height. Maximum weight: 120kg/18st 12lb. All participants will be weighed. Under certain weather conditions the minimum and maximum weights may vary and we reserve the right to change this at our discretion. • Under-14s must be accompanied by an over-16 on the actual flight. If you are under 18, we require consent from your parent or guardian before you can participate. • Participants must acknowledge that there is a risk to undertaking this activity, complete the medical questionnaire and confirm they have understood the safety brief before they will be allowed to use the SkyWire. • The SkyWire may not be for everyone. You must be relatively fit and active (for example, you must be able to climb the three flights of stairs up to the launchpad). If you suffer from certain medical conditions, or are more than three months pregnant, you may not be able to participate. For full details please see medical questionnaire (available at SkyWire departures) or ask a member of the team. • All participants must agree to follow the instructions of the SkyWire instructors at all times. • We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone deemed unsuitable to fly, including those suspected of being under the influence of alcohol. • Only participants under the direct supervision of our instructors will be allowed onto the departures platform. A separate public viewing area is available for friends and family. Clothing, baggage and long hair • As you will be flying over other people, you are expected to wear appropriate clothing and sensible footwear: no vest tops, skirts, hot pants, short shorts (the harness can't go on bare skin), high heels, bare feet, flip-flops, or open-toed or loose shoes. • If you take a bag on your flight, it must be of appropriate size, closed with a drawstring or zip and secured to your person. We will provide a small bag for personal items if required. • All pockets must be emptied. You may be asked to remove or make safe certain items of jewellery or glasses. • Small personal items will be allowed as hand luggage. Larger luggage will have to travel by tractor from the start to the finish; you may have to wait for the tractor to arrive after your flight. It would be best not to bring any hand luggage at all, if possible! The Eden Project accepts no responsibility for the loss or damage to your belongings. • Long hair must be tied back. Best Western: The prize consists of two nights’ accommodation, breakfast and dinner for two people sharing a twin or double room at the BEST WESTERN Restormel Lodge Hotel, Lostwithiel. Those hotels that do not offer table d’hote will offer a supplement towards their a la carte menu. No cash alternative will be available and the prize is non transferable. Prizes must be booked by 30/11/12 and taken before 21/03/13. Prizes must be booked through Best Western Central Reservations on 0845 313 0114. All bookings are subject to Best Western Central Reservations’ promotional room availability. [NB this may differ from room availability for bookings made direct with the hotel]. All additional spend (such as bar bills and newspapers) must be paid in full prior to departure. Bookings are not valid over school holidays, Easter and bank holidays. Travel to and from the hotel is not included. Any tax liability arising from the prize is the winner’s responsibility
