"Now television quiz shows will have to reveal the chances of a caller getting on air by displaying the number of entries received in the preceding 15 minutes. Presenters will inform audiences every 10 minutes of their call's cost and viewers will receive warnings after each £10 spent dialling a show. The rules will come into force in four weeks"
