    Most folks don't look at it that way. They don't consider which agent is selling a house, they pick the house, not the agent.

    The agents you will buy from are hired by the sellers of the houses, you won't hire them or have any contractual obligation to them, so like me, most of the folks replying above are baffled as to why you're looking for recommended agents to buy from
