Graduate income definition ?

Re. student loans from 2012/13, the quick guide says "If you have additional income of over £2,000 from savings interest, pensions or shares and dividends, then this will also be treated as part of your income for repayment purposes. You'll need to repay 9% of that too via self-assessment."

Does this include "income" from cash or S&S held in an ISA, assuming it's left in the ISA ?

I doubt it as it's not taxable income.
