Rare/Discountinued CD's (where to buy them from?)

Does anyone know any websites where I would be able to find rare/discontinued CD’s? I am looking for some rare CD’s and have tried eBay but the auction prices on there seem to be terribly inflated. I have also looked on Amazon (marketplace) and this is ok but am looking for new or like new condition and I can only find good condition(which in my experience means just about anything) I was just wondering if anyone could recommend any good websites to find rare CD’s. Or alternatively a good website where I can buy some CD cases to put the CD and sleeve in so that it looks new again? The proper CD cases not those cheap looking one’s that are fragile.

Depending on what you're after Secondspin.com in the States can be quite good.

I haven't ordered anything from them in a while, but the few CD's I did all came in perfect condition.

they seem to be frontends to various other sites but have normally produced 'hits' for pretty much everything I've ever searched for
