Repayment plan & charges reclaim

Does anyone know if I can reclaim my charges back from Capital One & Barclaycard if I'm currently on a repayment plan with them? Thanks

    What charges?

    Interest - No
    Over limit charges - if you were late -No
    Bounced / late payments - if they were your fault not the credit card company - No.

    Doesn't really leave you with much room to manoeuvre.
