No flying today. Very stressful day. First was left a job to do that wasn't warned about, which had to be squeezed in between nursery drop off and going to "away day" at 9.30. Plus the remnant of another job from last night which I was waiting on. Then it was dropped on me that I was presenting to a room full of people, at short notice (only 10 min, but in my fragile current state it felt like an hour) and I've felt physically sick ever since. Then I had to catch A BUS !!! and only just got home in time to collect two toddler who are constantly hungry.

I think enough is enough. My boss took pity on me and said I can work from home tomorrow as I looked like I was in shock apparently. Where did my confidence go?

bossymoo - sounds like a very stressful day indeed, I hope you can recover and relax tomorrow.

In my 3rd and final HHC for today I managed:

    Emptied bins
Put everything neatly back under the sink
Wiped door handles in kitchen and dining room
    S&S bathroom
Hoovered and mopped kitchen and dining room
    Washed up

Now having a quick cuppa before going to a friend's for dinner. Hungry!!

Hope you all have a good evening.

Hugs BossyMoo, you sound as though you are ready for a serious hugging. So - (((((((Bossy Moo))))))). Well done on the presentation, btw.

I've noticed a silence on the part of Lame Wolf. If you need it: (((((((Lamewolf))))))) to keep you going.

I'm meal planning with a vengence (sp?). I have a freezer full of food that will never see the inside of the kitchen if I don't get to grips with cooking ray wings (on offer at Morribunds months ago, couldn't resist a bargain - doh!), corn kernals (why, just why did I buy them - we never eat frozen corn) and other such nonsense. It's taking me an age to meal plan, but I think I'll do three weeks worth to go with the one week I've done properly with a shopping list for absolutely everything required.
    Better is good enough.
  • Good evening :D

I have been doing the paid stuff all day (nearly 10 hours) so not much flying :o I did wipe down the kitchen surfaces & the hob while prepping dinner. Luckily I didn't get round to mopping the kitchen floor as Little P spilt a cup of juice on it later on.

All toys put away, dining table wiped, peas & sweetcorn all swept up from under the table. I did manage to cross a frog of my list and have done an our of my accounts (I am aiming for at least an hour a week).

I have enrolled on the second year of my foundation degree - no going back now!

Another busy day tomorrow, then it slows down a bit on Thurday & Friday :) Hopefully I will get paid some money tomorrow as well :j One mum is 2 weeks late paying (and she has 3 kids!!)

Hugs, sticks & spoons to those that need them, esp Bossymoo, LW (if you are lurking) and Nicki's DD

Well, I had a prodcutive day at Uni, then had an ENT appt today which I have waited about 18 months for, so spent the rest of the afternoon with a camera up my nose _pale_ Have been referred for a scan so will have to go back, but im hoping the worst part is over!

Have had cupboard/bottom of the fridge pasta for tea, which was actually pretty good! :) Shopping will be delivered any minute hopefully which is all Basics stuff from Mr S... so my bill was a lot less. Anything I dont like, I know not to buy again :)
