I think we just have to grit our teeth
and carry on during the very short time more that the glitch will last.If it gets tedious just rejig your shopping list, you dont have to buy the exact same things everytime.
And who knows what offers are coming up.
If you get fed up of the house being overfull with boxes before long it will be harvest festival time and then it will be collections for Christmas or you can find out where your local food bank etc is and you can downsize your collection.
I think when its all gone, the glitch has been patched, we will very much miss it. I still miss the OJ and the Mullers. In fact I am still bemoaning the end of the halycion days of MOCs and how long ago was that - 3 years now is it???
I will certainly begrudge paying full price for haircare, cereal and toothpaste again.0 -

These might work with the 3 for 2 on starburst sweets, they do compare, just haven't tested with biscuits and puds.0 -
MSM is driving me nuts for the T's dental glitch. It shows Clogate Plax Cool Mint 500 ml at £1.80 but when I click on it it shows a different picture that's actually a twin pack. Instore it's the 250ml that's £1.80 and the 500ml is £3 or 2 for £4 but at the till it's actually B1G1F
Uh oh there goes my brain :rotfl:
Ended up buying the green one that was £3 but ended up being B1G1F so no idea what it'll compare at or if it even will, but I needed it anyways so not really that bothered.
On the upside I got OEP stuff :j

Whilst some of you are bored with the SADA glitch I'm new to this thread and was drawn here by last weeks Daily Mail article, I had no idea no much could be done with glitches ( although I did use T's DTD).
I'm an occasional wombler - £3 last week
Anyway can anyone explain it a bit more for me, I've seen Henlans list above but have a few questions
I understand 1) purchasing in SADA 2) need 8 different items
I'm guessing a filler item is same price in other supermarket but why/what is a trigger item ?
why specified number of other items
Are the other items on list becuase of bogof/multiby
Thanks
PS Doritos and cereals would be good example as DS gets throu these
Welcome
Firstly, I would suggest you always but at least 10 comparable items as some are not always recognised.
These are items which are either very cheap in themselves. ie 1 onion, banana etc. or something which is not much cheaper in Asda (otherwise it will reduce the amount you get back)
The trigger items vary according to what shop you are doing.
If you read the first page there should be a list somewhere, or otherwise copy shops others have done.
Don't take Henlans list as being gospel. Always check on mysupermarket to see that Asda and the comparable store stock the exact same item
If you get the trigger item wrong or the number of items you need to buy including the trigger (BOGOF or 3 for 2) your shop will either not compare at all, or you will end up paying full price for some of the items
This is such a difficult glitch to explain in simple terms and by far thge best way to learn is to read up as much as you can and get your head around it.....you are far less likely to muck up that way
Good luck!My husband says he will leave me if I don't stop shopping......... God I will miss that man.0
