I had about 140 pages to catch up with and I've given up on the last 60;)
So glad Mhoc's DS turned up safe and sound:T
Am I alone in being the only one thats brave enough to admit they are fed up with the SADA glitch:o:o:oI've just got bored with it now, their is only so much stuff you can buy and stash;)

I am too and I've not even done half of the glitches :o
I never did the cheese, robertsons, dental, vits, cakes, nivea, or pears.
I've got enough cereal, dog food, poo and cleaning to last ages and don't see the point now in buying for the sake of it.

However, if a new glich for meat, dairy, fruit and veg etc. came along I wouldn't turn my nose up at it ;)
My husband says he will leave me if I don't stop shopping......... God I will miss that man.
  • What does OEP mean?

I only go to asda twice a week but we have lots of cereal and baby bath in my stashes. A have enough shampoo for a year and enough toothpaste for 6 months. I think I'll get more toothpaste tomorrow and more johnsons.

    OEP is old el paso

Whilst some of you are bored with the SADA glitch I'm new to this thread and was drawn here by last weeks Daily Mail article, I had no idea no much could be done with glitches ( although I did use T's DTD).

    I'm an occasional wombler - £3 last week :)

Anyway can anyone explain it a bit more for me, I've seen Henlans list above but have a few questions

I understand 1) purchasing in SADA 2) need 8 different items
I'm guessing a filler item is same price in other supermarket but why/what is a trigger item ?
why specified number of other items
Are the other items on list becuase of bogof/multiby

    Thanks

PS Doritos and cereals would be good example as DS gets throu these

like taking candy from a baby.

my visits to asda have dwindled right down - I had 4 days off last week, and only visiting 1 asda when i do go out.

Ive got 3 (2 little and 1 large) within 15 miles but the next nearest after that is 30 miles away.
Nearest Aldi is 30 miles, and Home Bargains that everyone raves about is 100 miles away!!

I've just checked to see where 'my' nearest is, there isn't one within 100 miles, so I still have no idea!! :rotfl::rotfl:

I think we just have to grit our teeth :D and carry on during the very short time more that the glitch will last.If it gets tedious just rejig your shopping list, you dont have to buy the exact same things everytime.

And who knows what offers are coming up.

If you get fed up of the house being overfull with boxes before long it will be harvest festival time and then it will be collections for Christmas or you can find out where your local food bank etc is and you can downsize your collection.

I think when its all gone, the glitch has been patched, we will very much miss it. I still miss the OJ and the Mullers. In fact I am still bemoaning the end of the halycion days of MOCs and how long ago was that - 3 years now is it???

  • a quick question if I may please - whats the trigger for old el paso and how much does it make it compare at?

many thanks in advance to whoever responds
