Hiya guys :j having a nice time down in Portsmouth visiting dear friends so I have not had much time to keep up on the thread.

Happy birthday to Motherbear and Westie - hope you've both had great days

Congratulations to Wool - my niece got married in Vegas in 2000 and loved every minute of it

By the way, I am posting on my brand new iPad which I got yesterday with some great savings so £313 instead of £429 - really pleased with it so far. Alan used to keep telling me to get a net book or iPad, so I have done as I was told, for a change :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Enjoy your iPad 3 dogs (and your time in Portsmouth too obviously), I don't know how I lived without mine, how did you get such a great saving? xx

I did an OU course a couple of years ago and was surprised by how much studying was involved. They recommended 12 hrs a week but I easily doubled that :(

don't worry about what they recommend...

do your best. Better to read for 10 minutes than to do nothing.

Go to tutorials even if you are behind.

Take a holiday when you have a project or exam.

Always finish tmas and hand in. Not that hard to get a decent grade.

i did 6 years.. stop worrying.

    good morning everyone.
