Really funny.. but honestly "theres only one henlens in this world"
Glad you are amused
i assume the one "henlens" you refer to is the Henlens School on Facebook or was it The Henlens Guest Home in LA?
And there is a definition of the word supplied on a wordpress site bu someone who claims to have invented the term.
However - I do note the misspellingof your user name..was that deliberate?I'm sorry, these vouchers are only exchangeable for abuse!0 -
If the Bavaria offer is still going throw in 1 or 2 of them to make your basket up and mushy peas are 3p at the moment .
I bought 3 of the meal deals in 1 transaction and cheap items to make it over the 8 different barcodes in the trolley and I got £9.66 PP voucher back for the 3... so if you dont want the Bavaria buy in multiples of 3 and it will come to just below the £10 capped PP...Gemini_Jes wrote: »Good morning all
What a start to my day..apart from the rain. Opened the back door and noticed there was a lot of water on the patio and an awful smell. The sewage drain is blocked :eek::eek:
Called Welsh Water at 8am and they have just turned up to unblock it. They have opened the cover....won't go into details but :eek::eek: Glad I have a lot of bleach to wash down the patio.:)
The day can only get better...:rotfl::rotfl:
Update: blocked in neighbours garden but they are out..
awwwwwwww nooooooooooooooo.......I do feel for you honey..

Morning all, not stopping long, just having a quick cuppa and then on with the housework.
Hope everyone is well, hugs to those feeling under the weather.
Thanks for the list update Henlans. I don't use it be I am sure it will a big help to any new comers wanting to get a shop or two in before the glitch ends. Just a quick reminder to those who do use the list, it is only a guide and you should still check the items you are buying compare on MSM especially as Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday are main price change over days for the supermarkets do multi-buy deals may change before you get you APG.
I am trying to keep my APGs below £15 but have been caught out on a couple of things that have compared on the APG but not on MSM. One example is Mr Muscle Shower Shine Daily Shower Cleaner (1L) (£2.95). I bought it on an AvW household cleaner shop. I am getting a new bathroom fitted and figured it would help keep it looking nice and would help towards the 8 items but not compare. Well I bought 3 and it compared at 35p so ended up with a bigger than expected APG, go figure.
Nikkilala, not long now until DS goes to Uni, big hugs and one silver lining is that you will have access to new storage space for your Christmas stashes ;-). DD goes full time from Wednesday so from then on I will be on hand to do some running in the park in prep. for your big challenge. BTW do you have a running machine? My OH bought one last year and we use it loads in the winter when we don't want to go running in the gloomy rain.
OK signing off now, hope you all have a fantastic day and lots of fun bargain hunting. For those of you using SS, remember to smile for the camera :-)Avatar courtesey of HC :beer:0 -

Thanks - I always check MSM - expecially to know what the products look like !0 -
This brolly talk reminded me of my daft daughter. She asked me once if she could borrow my umbrella. I asked her where hers was and she said that it was broken. When I said why, what's wrong with it, she replied, my legs still get wet. :wall:
:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: This made me laugh out loud :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
Just what i needed on a wet and windy morning -:beer:0 -
What, when, how? whos blaming me.. ohhhhhhhh dont tell me its one of them regular members who like to bash newbies?
I surely will grab it while I can.
Plus.. anyone saying its greedy.. you can only be greedy if I have taken all the stuff. Last time I looked the shelves was still full of stock!
Not sure what blame has been directed.. nor where bashing newbies comies into it, or even if you have been accused of being greedy. You certainly have a lot of stuff and say you have used the system well beyond the limits of the offer.
It might be fairer to suggest that you have been quite high profile about your use of the system... not sure though why you would want to speak to the press.. they will add their spin and usually people end up regretting being in the press, even if they earn from it. They will no doubt already know and will publicise how much you have gone beyond the terms of the deal - still you seem quite thick-skinned so good luck with that.
Intersestingly the posts said "Henlans has clearly dedicated alot of time, effort and money to attain his goal.
"
I hope the last bit isn't true - not much point in putting a lot of money in on a money saving project lol.I'm sorry, these vouchers are only exchangeable for abuse!0 -

Oh Gosh , let's hope it's sorted for you soon Jess .
Not a wonderful start to the week so I guess it can (and will) only get better .
At least Welsh Water were quick to respond considering they will probably been receiving quite a lot of calls today for 1 reason or another .I was young once , now I get older all the time .0 -

Also is the strawberry cheesecake as nice as it sounds and my DH like strawberry icecream? Think I'll do this tonight and add some bavaria ( thanks fourp) !0
