  • Not a good idea considering the previous post, could be misconstrued as false imprisonment.

I personally would send the pictures into Asda head office.

I'm sorry, but thats total rubbish. Suggest you google false imprisonment, and you will see it relates to a person, not a vehicle.

I would box them in too - for the same reason the police aren't interested when it happens to you on your drive, they also wouldn't be interested in you parking too close to an asda van!

However, I would also as suggested above try sending the pictures to both the local store and head office and complaining.

    Actually false imprisonment also includes:

A person holding something of value to another person with the intent to make the person stay in a certain place, and without the consent of the person whose valuables are being held

Or is that only in The USA?

Anyway, I am sure if she did that the police would once again be called and they would find something wrong! Especially as the police have been involved previously in this dispute.

Have you tried calling head office? I'd put a formal complaint in with them and tell them how annoyed you are with it. I know if be pretty peeved.

Defo , i'd be more than peeved I'd be livid..:mad:

Looby 123 call HO, it's just pure selfishness, there's no reason for anyone to block another person in..
    Don't let it drop

BTW Looby I hope you have reclaimed you £80 from A's one way or another ;););););)
I always take the moral high ground, it's lovely up here...

Looks like i can't make my boyfriend stay with me any longer then.
Best go give him back his iphone. :(
You can't make someone love you. All you can do is
stalk them & hope they panic & give in

God created men first, cause you always makes a rough draft before a masterpiece!
  • Beware of this- 245213.jpg

Used it as a filler and both shops (one battery and one pears) came back as not enough items :(
Cereal and baby shop worked fine as did cleaning and haircare :)
