Morning Redfox , could this be considered a green light for someone who wanted to start a chatless APG thread on the Food Shopping forum , and if they did would there be any repercussions in regards to this thread ?
Many thanks for your help on this thread over these difficult times .

    pppp

not really, no. It would undoubtably quickly descend into a chatting/bickering/arguing thread as seen by the posts on here recently and would be closed, or moved to the Arms if the unpleasantness wasn't too bad.

If there was a seperate thread that would also mean that there should be no APG discussion on here at all so even the regulars would need to visit that thread for any APG related stuff. Had you thought about that?

I think a lot of you think that if there is a seperate APG thread, all the newbies would have to go over there to discuss it and you guys would be able to go back to how you were before the APG thing (which incidentally you were all very keen to talk about on here initially!) but would still want to be able to keep discussing your APG lists/results/problems between the 'regulars' here. Unfortunately you can't have it both ways.

Cherish those you have in your life because you never know when they won't be there anymore.

just a quick reminder to the regulars, and some info for any newcomers to the thread, that asking for or offering codes by PM is not permitted on MSE. I've had to remove a couple of posts that were doing just that.

For those who have nivea in stock they will look good in a hamper. But for newbies and those who didn't get round to it - the nivea finished earlier this week (Mon or Tues) - so the weekend catcher uppers on this thread with old lists beware!

Good Morning everyone from a very tearful Nannylala I thought I would have a catch up to try and stop me thinking about my DD Lala taking my DG Son off to start his new life at Cambridge. It does not seem to be working as I am typing this through a mist of tears.I love that young man so so much and am very proud of him achieving his goal in life but so wish that my DH was still here with me to share this.It is so nice to be able to share how I feel with so many lovely people on the thread and for this alone I am truly grateful:AI am now off to spend the day gardening as this is where I feel happiest at times like this:)and wait for Lala to return with an update of how it all went today........

I'm sure your DH is up there looking down on all that's happening Nannylala :A
What a fantastic opportunity your DG has to really make something of his life.....you must be so very proud of him.
Thinking of you all....and wishing Young Lala all the very best at Cambridge :T:T
My husband says he will leave me if I don't stop shopping......... God I will miss that man.

Ok I've 30+ pages to catch up on so apologies if this is new but I've only just found it myself so I don't care :D :j:j:j

Facial stuff is glitching with the spices in Sainsbobs

    1 x Schwartz Mild Chilli Powder (38g) £1.73 £0.69
    1 x Schwartz Ground Ginger (26g) £1.45 £0.68
    1 x Clean & Clear Deep Cleansing Lotion - Sensitive (2... £2.00 £0.69
    1 x Schwartz Basil Refill (10g) £0.47 £0.69
2 x Biore Pore Perfect Ultra Deep Cleansing Pore Strip... £16.00 £1.37

Comparison total (compared products only) £22.13 £4.62

My APG got capped even though I'd worked out I'd only lose 30p, I've lost almost £3 :o It's worth it though :D

Sorry, can you tell I'm over the moon? Go on then, someone reply and tell me it's already been found lol

    Another brilliant find.:T:T:T

I wonder if this will work when buying just one spice and 2 skin care items?

thanks issyc but it's ok i'm a big girl
I really don't wish to have to defend myself but it seems locarr is the big hero and no-one dare interfere An uncomortable eerie silence after locarrs post. I don't wish to bring the thread down into arguments however I do feel i need to defend myself here

the comment i posted about locarr starting the apg thread was said as a compliment to him but again he uses it to have a dig.

Instead of posting the extremely hurtful upsetting comment he made (which many people I considered friends on here chose to thank) he only had to pm me or report my post and i could have we could have sorted it out. IMHO his comment was unfounded and if you lot can't see the irony in his comment then

I have stopped airing my personal problems on this thread and don't wish for sympathy or thanks for any of my posts, I go out to post my finds as quickly as I can and answer questions to the best of my ability because I love helping people as do most of the posters on here. However I do have a slight tongue in cheek type personality, if that is misunderstood then sorry.

If I have said anything to offend anyone I apologise too
Finally you have 2 choices you miserable lot either love me or you love me

I'm sorry to say but this post is so over the top.

He didn't say anything that is as bad as you are making out.
Now you have everyone being all like "ahh i love you i love you" and you've made him look like a donut

Isn't that exactly how you're saying you don't like being made to feel?

I've never seen Loccar being particularly nasty to anyone on here and i think this post is actually a lot worse than anything i've seen him say to you.

Sorry but everyone has jumped up to tell you how amazing you are and now he looks like he's been treating you like rubbish when he hasn't.

People: some of you seem to want to live in a world filled with gummy bears and raindrops of happiness where everyone just skips around together holding hands singing magical songs.
You really need to remember that nobody can upset you unless you [STRIKE]look at[/STRIKE] let them, and why should you care too much about what anybody on here or anywhere online thinks about you if they don't even know you.
You can't make someone love you. All you can do is
stalk them & hope they panic & give in

God created men first, cause you always makes a rough draft before a masterpiece!
