The box is top right above your basket items. I couldn't find it at first either because I was looking at the bottom where codes are usually placed. Many a mickle makes a muckle.0 -

I did, and the guy at HO was lovely, and shocked. He said he would ask the store manager to call me, but of course they didn't.
I was just as cheesed off with the other busy body customer who took the trouts side without knowing any of the story. To be fair although I repeated my question firmly several times 'why have you printed a list of my shopping' I didn't shout, or swear ... I just stood my ground.
The supervisor came, the SA then admitted printing the list and started crying, and the other customer was all comforting and 'there, there pet don't cry' to her.0 -
She made a comment about my £12 apg, and about the fact I had paid for that shop with a similar value APG ....and then said 'you ALWAYS get these then' I replied not always, but sometimes.
Then she printed off my shop from the till, complete with quantities and bar codes. When i asked why she had printed it she denied it for quite a while, then another staff member member told her to show me the piece of paper, and that was exactly what it was.
I got told something similar in my A's tonight, thought I was up for a major trouting, the lass said 'how do you get all these' 'who tells you about them' I just laughed it off and said I spend hundreds in A's each week and that I get everything for the house from thereI always take the moral high ground, it's lovely up here...0 -

You might want to consider a name change as well, we've all defected to A's now :rotfl::rotfl:MrsBartolozzi wrote: »I emailed them 2 weeks ago, which they ignored. So I sent a snippy one last Saturday and got a reply on Monday:
Dear Mrs Bartolozzi,
Thank you for contacting The Body Shop® Online Team.
Our Love Your Body cards are shipped out separately from the main orders. Unfortunately at the time your LYB cards were picked, they went out of stock and that is the reason for the late delivery.:mad:
We are sorry you did not receive the second card yet and we would be glad to ether issue a replacement LYB card now, it should reach you within the 10 to 15 working days, or offer a full refund for the card:D
once you send the rest of your order back to our Head Office.:eek::mad:
And that big gap was actually in the email. Obviously put in as a mickey take.
I had actually forgotten about it until I read your post so I'll get back to them to send out the card. Might as well get what I actually paid for!
I got something very similar  Really, really pee'd me off!
I know I shouldn't be kicking up a fuss as it was a great deal, but the sarcastic and rude emails really got my back up, so they got rather snippy one back from me as well
Well why should I pay for something that they filled in with made up dates that I didn't even supply, it makes them useless to me. It'll no doubt take another 10 days to get a reply!...those who mind don't matter, and those who matter don't mind.

Can't find the soaps at all and when I tried lip balms, coming up full price...~???
Add 2 full price items, then add 3 lipbalms from the clearance section, go to your bag, insert code & it should now say £0 next to your 2 full price items.0 -
