Which wouldn't have been a big problem except she was being super rude & trouty to me at the time, and then lied and denied that she had printed the list. Then another customer had the cheek to tell me I was being 'abrupt' to the SA.

Would she actually be able to replicate it from the till list? It is not that easy unless she bought the exact products that you did in the same quantities.

I think it is outrageous behaviour of the SA:mad:

She made a comment about my £12 apg, and about the fact I had paid for that shop with a similar value APG ....and then said 'you ALWAYS get these then' I replied not always, but sometimes.

Then she printed off my shop from the till, complete with quantities and bar codes. When i asked why she had printed it she denied it for quite a while, then another staff member member told her to show me the piece of paper, and that was exactly what it was.

Thanks for the BS glitch, added 2 shops to the ones I got last time and that's xmas nearly sorted.

Ordered eau de toilette £20; beeswax hand and feet butter and soaps/lip balm, then done second with gift set and the butter

Thanks, I knew i'd messed up! I thought I should get 2 or 5 of each (cat food/cleaning). Off to check my next shop. Messed up with this one too!
