About my mega trouting this morning.. I was sent a pm with a special number you can call.
I called it and pressed option 3 I think it was.
Told him what had happened and he said that store is wrong. Asda as a company has said that its there fault and they know using the site will not always limit the customer and he said if you have a voucher with a reciept they store MUST take it. Its not upto them to check if you have gone over your limit and hes going to get my ban removed.
He said asda full responsibility for the error and no customer is to be accused of anything. He was quite angry that the store didnt comply with the huddle and that I said the store told me they never got it. He told me that everystore got one and thats no excuse.
If anyone else gets banned, pm me and ill share the number as I do not think its a good idea to post someones direct number on the forum.

Many thanks to everyone posting their shopping lists. I'm a late starter. I have only done 5 shops so far:eek: Four were successful (thanks to henlans lists on the first page) and one wasn't (because I didn't pay attention!) I still haven't quite got the hang of this glitch and the above list has confused me. I thought you had to get a minimum of 8 items + a trigger item (i.e the soap)? Thanks again to everyone. Great thread0 -
