Hello all

Asda rang me, man with accent could just about understand him, he was really ncie but didn't know anything. I explained they had taken £63 out my account and i had no money all week because of it and i had a child to feed and had to live off a loaf of bread and going to get charges etc etc etc
all he said was *send statement we refund bank charges, can't give you free delivery even though its our fault we took your money and you can't eat etc, sorry cant let you ring head office i don't have number.

So i bought credit, then searched for asda head office, can't find it.
I'm so angry i didn't even get a proper apology for them taking my money etc.

i still havent managed to sort mine out yet either will try again soon - will be a good item to use as a filler - free is always good (got to be better than mushy peas)
