  • I want to do a toothpaste shop too but couldn't find the cool stripe colgate 100ml - any peeps got any other ideas what to try? Is it ok to go back to the steradent?

If its against T's then you need the Colgate Smiles toothbrush 2-6yrs.

    Steradent is against W's

  • Did my first toothpaste shop today vs T's and a cereal/JF/johnsons vs w's

    Will post details after 1

Went to a different store today where both my apgs were accepted :)

ive found using self serve tills to be so much easier the last few days sa comes overs signs them and takes money off - its cuts out all the 'your scamming us', 'thats a big one', 'how did you get that?' comments and chit chat (it can take me longer sorting my shops out though where the basket goes and i find myeslf counting 123 123 123 123 over and over ahhhhhhhhh

  • A warning if buying wine today
My sil bought wine this morning, it didn't go through the till as 3 for £10 so the sa manually changed it. The apg came back for 4p. Obviously because the apg would have only seen the £10 spent and not the previous £17.94

I'm sure I read that the non cool stripe one works as well but not 100% just popping out so don't have time to go back through the posts.

Morning all, hope you have all had a wonderful start to the day. Good luck with your bargain hunting and before I forget...

Happy birthday Michjay (and anyone else who celebrating today) :bdaycake:

Wool, that is such a lovely thing to do :T Do you have anything else your boys have outgrown? :rotfl:Seriously reading your post put a huge smile on my face, you are an :A.

Nikkilala, big hugs, I have all this to come. One idea - use your DSs bedroom to store any glitched items you find especially for him. Keep them for when he comes home to visit (big incentive to encourage regular trips home ;)). That way, every time you open the bedroom door it will put a smile on your face thinking of how delighted he will be when he sees it all :). I don't think you will get much time to think about how much you miss him as you will be too busy shopping for posh frocks and accessories ready for the collage functions he is going to take you too :T.

Right, gotta go, house is a tip and I've been using the old "no point in cleaning until the workmen have finished' a little too long me thinks. The house looks like I've put talc on everything there is so much dust. Ah well, DD keeps telling me she wants a pet, perhaps a dust bunny will keep her happy. Will give me an excuse to buy a 2p carrot from As as one of my 8 a day :rotfl:

Sadly, i made a very expensive trip to charity shop on monday with loads of bits. Did some aqua planing to the tune of £200 squid:eek:

Wollop into a wall, all ok but hole in radiator as ran over a big branch in a rather large puddle. Grill is in pieces and because of model on car, cant get one for weeks. Car doesnt look pretty without it. Number plate is in river somewhere:rotfl:

Was going really slow but !!!!! happens. Road got closed shortly after and has ony reopened last night. Most of houses flooded so really on bright side im lucky it was just rront end of car and i live at top of hill not bottom. Always a bright side:o
Please don't judge me. you couldn't handle half of what I've been through.
  • I have done 3 rice & 3 JF to keep APG down so can confirm worked for me.

morning all. I know we have had a month of questions on APGs but I have just spent a couple of hours trying to find an answer on one particular item. basically John Freida shampoo they are now £7. each or 3 for £10 If I buy 5 plus 1 rice it will give a apg of £22 reduced to £15 all I want to know is if I buy 3 for £10 plus 3 rice or even 3 scots porrige or combination will it still produce an APG.
