Morning. I'm feeling a bit better today, had a long chat with OH last night and I've said I'm going to back off doing everything and take a bit of time for myself and OH is going to do more to help. Thanks so much for all the kind words of encouragement last night, it meant a lot

was recommended to use this by a hairdresser (my hair is coloured, overtreated etc) she said to leave it on for up to an hour for a really good treatment - did it this morning and hair feels wonderful. I will be stocking up too xx

I want to do a toothpaste shop too but couldn't find the cool stripe colgate 100ml - any peeps got any other ideas what to try? Is it ok to go back to the steradent?

Thank you to those of you who helped me when I was in asda

I wasn't going to go cos I'd also left my APG's at home but once I was there I was there lol

I did a small cereal/cleaning shop and a seperate battery shop. I found the rocky's in the end but they weren't in the biscuit aisle where I assumed they would be. They were in the tea aisle!!!

On the way out I did their charity raffle and won a little persil rabbit thing

Thanks too to the op or op's about the cheap stationary things in Tesco. I got some a4 ring binders for 10p, box files for 70p, bits and bobs for 10/20p and a helix maths set for 70p. It's in a tin and has a small stencil, compass, pencil and sharpener and the usual bits. 70p is good for that

Off to catch up and waste 2 more hours
