Evenin'. Thanks for all of the birthday wishes and messages. Mum treated me to lunch, in asda!!! Been up since 4 as OH had to go to London. He usually stops over in hotel but didnt want to be away for my birthday!

Way behind. Just scoffing a box of lush doughnuts. 2 down 10 to go! Ive seen the sweeteners mentioned, can anyone please inform me what the trigger is and quantities please?

Hope Henlans had a good day and Lola?

I have been reading and didn't see any sweeteners  i think i zone out sometimes. Anyone know anything about them?

Huggles to those who need them.

Went to the docs on Tuesday. I am not a pushy person but I wasn't going to leave without some decent pain relief. He is faxing my consultant to see if I can have morphine patches. In the mean time I have Tramadol. I can see why people get addicted to these sorts of drugs. They make me feel extremely relaxed. So now I am a little worried about taking them long term, but I haven't felt this pain free for about 4 years which is a bonus.:D

Evening everyone. I posted this morning about a bargain item I had found on MSM. I hunted in my local Asda with no success, but thought I'd post it, just in case anyone finds it in their local. Seems like a good deal, if you can find it:D

    Lenor Pure Care Fabric Softener Sensitive - 83 Washes (2.9L) £1.62 (2p/Wash)
