buy in multiples of 2
and the Pears Transparent Soap (125g)£0.40£0.30 is the trigger for the shower gel and liquid soap
Please can I ask do you just need to buy one soap but you can buy odd numbers of hand gel - ensuring the final number of pears including the soap is even?
I want to use up some of my small value vouchers and I thought I might get 4 of these.
I went through mys last night and looked at the "top deals" for Sainsburys and there are quite a few items which are half price and less in S - some items much cheaper in S than A so these would be good fillers for a non glitch list to back up the pears :T“Create all the happiness you are able to create; remove all the misery you are able to remove. I just thought I'd mention that in my store, near CS, they have an APG ipad for use by customers. You can check your receipts and even print them out!
If I was accused of mine being fraudulent I'd go to their ipad and prove to them that its legitimate.
Thought it might help someone0 -
got trouted today and well not sure if i should complain or not, was with the hubby to be and we do 2 shops i get a trolly and a basket in the trolly then we go through self serve normally not a problem but today i go through hubby to be is on till next to me, i put all mine through and when i scan my apg it calls the lady over for the code etc she is dubious and asks someone they tell her put it through etc, all would have been ok only when OH does his it owes him £1.+ from the voucher (found out its cos some cereals had been reduced i didn't notice) anyway SA says oo i will have to ask someone what to do off she goes another SA comes over we say can you not put it on a voucher the t&c say what isn't spent can go on one, she says no you either spend it or loose it so we say are you sure bit of debate over comes another SA, so we ask her then of they go we think they are checking but no over storms the manager all puffed up and just goes can't put it on a voucher etc rather hostile with us and very stroppy so next thing she goes if you don't want to spend it i can refund your shop etc etc i said but its all been put through and written on oh its OK i can fix that all snappy etc i just said its OK i will speak to cs tomorrow and take the shopping she goes you can but you will still be dealing with me, was rather embarrassed as we put our shop in the troll and went to walk out she stormed over to 2 security guards and could hear her saying to them about us and our shopping and pointing our direction was not good, so do i complain and not because of loosing £1.+ but because of the general behavior she already had the attitude of looking for an argument when she come over to us not to explain or help.
Spoke to asda customer service via there contact us website line and they just said about retraining staff didn't take any details and we just realised although they asked where the store was there is 4 in the specific area and they didn't ask which one0 -
I think that explains it better than I did!:D
Tomorrow I will experiment.
I am going to get a W shop that will have an APG of about £25 but....
I will also buy these, (which I need) x4
Persil Small & Mighty Colour Biological Liquid Capsules - 10 Washes (10)
£2-50 in A. £5 in W. :eek::eek:
So my APG should be about £15:):)

After much consideration and after reading all the very helpful posts on this subject, I gave up on the idea!:rotfl::rotfl:
For anyone shopping in Sainsbobs today, these look a real bargain.:)
Sainsbury's British Beef Ultimate Burgers (2 per pack - 340g) £2.49 50p
Unfortunately there isn't a comparison with Asda.:(N1LDA:D0 -

Morning all, haven't been to Asda since the weekend, might have to start going straight from work as popping home first just kills any desire to go back out.
I am very proud to announce that I drove to the venue of a training course yesterday which meant I had to go over 2 massooooove roundabouts and down a big slope into the carpark.
At least now I have done it once on my own I am not so worried about next time.
Well done Flo Flo - I remember when I first passed my test I'd go on a huge detour rather than do a 3 point turn!!:rotfl: You will gradually get more and more confidence. My car has been in away for 2 weeks and is due back today can't wait. Mr. As here I come.0
