Well they have deemed to cap it at £15, yours was over £15. There was confusion over this as the wording of the huddle note was ambiguous. Many on here said 'keep it under £10' and those people have probably not had many problems (if any) doing 3-4 shops a week.

Look, this is a glitch. We have mostly all benefitted. The great news is that the glitch is still on, with £15 limit and £100 a month. I think thats great news, don't you?
