Thanks again to everyone for the great advice and info I have received.
I shouldn't of worried as much as I did. Teacher said he is not naughty as such but just very upset and angry. He does not like change in the classroom and is having to give him quite a few reminders that something is coming to an end but today he kicked a couple of chairs over and ran down the corridor. She is having a meeting with Senco tomorrow and will update me with further info but they are very worried about him and want help for him asap. They have said he is def not a naughty mischievous child but cannot control his emotions. He is very bright especially with reading. School have been fantastic and have said they should of taken it more serious last year but Reception is a very hard year as it takes a while to understand the whole situation.
As I was putting DS to bed tonight though he was crying a lot begging me for him to stay at home so maybe he is just struggling to settle in his new class and teacher and give it a couple more weeks and it will settle down xx
Oh hun, big hugs xxAvatar courtesey of HC :beer:0 -
yes - you are meant to declare extra income. You can earn a hobby income for up to around £3000 a year but you are still supposed to declare it. Above that its taxable.
Any income is taxable after the personal allowance, so yes just over £3k tax free in any job / hobby is tax free, but just because it's a hobby doesn't mean it isn't taxed. If you've already got another job then you would pay tax on the £3k from your hobby - a good example is mystery shopping - all taxed if you already earn more than the personal allowance elsewhere.0 -
I don't understand why people say that healthy discussion is 'arguing'. I don't understand why so many people say they are going or reverting to lurking when some people discuss things?
It does amuse me on here that those who claim to be part of the friendly chatty group soon jump on the bandwagon and quote snide responses from others on the group and put laughing smilies to imply they like it. Lots of double standards.
People will discuss and disagree. As long as we all stay polite (and that goes for the regulars too when leaping in) then there is no need for anyone to run away!
Still resisting a drink.... Is it too wussy to have a soda water?!If I had a pound for every pound I'd lost, I'd be confused0 -

The friendly few struggle to get their posts noticed because of all the arguing. We all have opinions, especially me, but it'd be a boring world if these opinions were all the same. Having said that, this was never the place to voice them in such a way as the last few days.
If we're all honest, we've each taken advantage of the recent glitch, be it in a huge (greedy) way or not.
My 3 kiddies have thoroughly enjoyed the better quality cereals, crisps, biscuits, etc. as well as each having a decent new toothbrush. I've loved having cleaning products to make housework that bit easier and being able to wash my hair in pure luxury. My neighbour has more than appreciated the gift box I made up for her DD, as did the local school and Church. For as long as I can take advantage of this fault, without breaking any rules, I will.
However, I will not lower myself to telling lies about my gains. I will not abuse anyone - sada or any other.
I don't for one minute think the tax office have ignored such claims.
I believe in morals and standards, and believe lots of the elite do too, though not all of them....
Those who in recent weeks have bragged about what they have done and how much they have made "in order to help others to do the same" (apologies for not quoting word for word) are delusional (A delusion is a belief held with strong conviction despite superior evidence to the contrary) and have probably prevented anyone from benefiting in any small way in the future without being tarred with the same very large and self promoting brush. If it's full price I don't buy it..if its 50% off I will consider it..if it's whoopsied and I have a coupon its in the trolly!0 -

Well its a point of view but I think I'd happily swop the Americans for the Welsh anyday.I'm sorry, these vouchers are only exchangeable for abuse!0 -
