I always found them handy to save up points to buy Xmas pressies for the family. May I ask what places are best for recycling ink cartridges please? I heard someone mention Ts do it but I've not heard any feedback.
Yes tesco do ink cartridge recycling. You can pick up free envelopes to send them off. I found them in the electrical dept, near the printers and inks. They recycle any, but you get 100 CC points for certain ones (theres a list online of wwhich ones you get points for, its quite long, so yours is likely to be on it, even their home brand ones are! The shopper, a 34-year-old from Hampshire, now has a massive stockpile of Asda goods in his attic which he is both selling on to people and keeping for the family.
He has reclaimed the cost of the goods in vouchers and then bought even more goods with the vouchers.
He told MailOnline: 'I am making anything from £5 to £600 a day, my attic is full of a stock pile of stuff. If you can get something for near enough free then you might as well do it.
‘There are trigger items such as rice pudding, hair gel and cereal. I will buy them all for £40 then get a voucher for £37 so effectively I get them for free.
‘I then go back to the store three hours later and do it all again.
‘I sell a few of the items so I’m making a profit, but generally I stock pile the products for the family.'
I think I got a little misquoted, I said a sell some of the items to make the money back that I had paid for the goods in the start. I do not make a profit..
I also said a lot of the stuff is from DTD days and general price mistakes but im happy with the interview!
I just hope i inspired more members and newbies to do the same.0 -

I just let friends and family know what was glitching then took them through the MSM site put items into a list then checked to see if they'd been confirmed and printed their list for them to use when shopping. My Fav part was entering their receipts in and seeing their faces when their APG total was revealed. Made me feel useful and saved them a small fortune.
My student cousin has enough baby meals and desserts to feed her son until Xmas, it has saved her so much as she's paid out only the amount that she would have had to in 2 weeks.
Between us we got enough free nappies that since he was born she has only yesterday had to actually buy them and he's now 7 months old.
We've all started doing this again for another girl we know who's mum kicked her out when she found out she was pregnant and so far have enough for baby's first month. Hopefully we will get more as many of our friends and family have yet to get hold of the printer to get their vouchers.
I feel it's nice to give back as many of these people where there for me when I was at my lowest and helped with DH's funeral prepairations. :A
will happily apply for vouchers for you if you pm me the details - have no one that young to use any for!!0 -
