Don't know if anyone uses Boots for recycling ink cartridges or phones but just got this emailWe wanted you to be the first to know that as of Monday 4th October Boots Recycle will be closing. We will process all orders placed on or before that date as normal however it will not be possible to process any orders after this date.
I always found them handy to save up points to buy Xmas pressies for the family. May I ask what places are best for recycling ink cartridges please? I heard someone mention Ts do it but I've not heard any feedback. No one can make you feel inferior without your consent ~ Eleanor Roosevelt0 -

are we thinking the glitch may end now its hit the press or is it a case that asda cant fix it?
i went to l0ngwell today had no problems using vouchers which makes a change for that store BUT before taking payment for each shop the SA was printing off my new reciept/list of items and keeping it aside and then taking payment  if that makes sense so means he was keeping a copy of each of my new shops, has anyone else had this happen??
xx
They will be monitoring people for sure. I'm already aware of two or 3 store bans and expect lots more on here in coming weeks unless people adjust the way they shop.0 -

I would "think" that means you card has been marked in that store and they may be keeping an eye on you so when you hit you £100 limit instore they will know and will warn you/stop you using them.
I would use another store if ou can (easy for me, I have loads near me, but I know not everyone does)
hi
it wouldnt have had any payment details on its like a receipt without the payment stuff at the bottom almost to work out what items glitch maybe? but this is the same store that told me 'they found it ..... the forum' lol so surely its easier for them to just go online and read the threadTake care of the pence and the pounds will take care of themselvesSealed Pot Challenge No.1902 - Target £250 :cool2:0 -
and they still cant get the info right :rotfl::rotfl:
simple maths...and even a finance mag cant get it right!!! The OJ was 3p...charged £1 at A....well theres 97p difference for a start...yet they state 94p...:rotfl::rotfl:
have a feeling that this wont be any easy issue for A....and by the sounds of it, they're going to have to fight for compensation for this....
The software running the Asda Price Guarantee is provided by Isreali-based price comparison website mysupermarket.co.uk.
yet this is at the bottom...
Mr Foord said there was no question the software company would refund Asda for the cost of errors. ‘This of course is an irrelevant question since it is not us that is setting the prices. In addition, the APG system is wholly owned and operated by Asda.
on mys T&Cs it states that they wont be liable for any errors based on the info they supply...so looks like As and its shareholders will be footing the bill for this :rotfl:
Hardly amusing as the whole APG system could get pulled if a sensible resolution is not found. If you were asda and your info supplier was so blase about it, I don't think you'd be using them for too long.
Asda staff also have a share save scheme so bonuses and incentives could well suffer from this which is another reason staff might be a bit off with people doing this. Quite a few anecdotal reports of people having their shops sabotaged etc.0 -
mark tillers reply on this is money
What people claim to have got and what they actually have are 2 different things. If you look at this guys photos and you knew what was glitching you would see his 'stash' is from the tesco dtd days. Also if you had been reading the moneyexpert thread you would see he hasn't got a clue what he's doing, yet because he posts a list ( which is full of inaccuracies btw) some people think he knows it all and want to kiss his butt.

It's called go and do normal things. Like housework, ironing, washing, cleaning etc
It's hard sometimes but is entirely doable. Believe me I know
