Uploading pictures to Ebay, help needed please

Yesterday I bought a digital camera and Im trying to put some pictures on Ebay but am having a problem.
I have got the photos onto the laptop and they are showing on my desktop as 'Intelli-studio'.

When I try to upload one to Ebay it says 'browse' and the photos appear but they ont uplaod to Ebay. It says 'uploading' but nothing happens.
Any ideas what I should be doing that Im not please, Im not very savvy with this kind of thing!

Check that your pictures aren't too large.

Can't remember now what the max size is though.

.....then you select the picture you want by clicking, then press 'save' and that particular picture will be uploaded.

If you want to upload more than one, press 'control' and then click all the pictures you want to upload. Again press 'save' to start the uploading process.
