206 HDI none starting, pulling air in

I know there's a few good spanner-handlers on here, so I'll throw this one out in the hope someone can give me a head start.

My spare van's a 52-plate 206HDI. It'd been having some problems starting, which I diagnosed as perished fuel lines under the air box. I got the repair harness from the main stealers and fitted it, but the problem's not gone away.

It's got a couple of gall of fuel in (stuck 2 cans in to be safe).
It's now a none-starter altogther.
It's electrically alive and turning over.
It will start and run on easy start.
It's flowing fuel through the clear lines, so I'm assuming the fuel pump's not dead, but there's air evident in the lines.
I've pre-filled the fuel filter with diesel.
I've tried giving it a drag up the road.

Can anyone give me a head start on where it could be pulling the air in? The lines look dry underneath as far as I can get to off a jack.

for now dont put easy start in it at all.

if the problem was evident at start of work then became worse after new install then id be inclined to say this maybe a faulty part or installed incorrectly.

air block? loosen the the pipes to the injectors and give it a quick turn over, would be handy to have some one have a look while you do that.
