new employee starter pack

hi all

couple of weeks ago i had great info from you guys about a guy who is gonna work for us for 2 - 3 days a week. anyway he will earn over £144.00 a week so we need to complete a NEW STARTER PACK.

I cannot for the life of me download it from hmrc or even googling. So I huge massive please if anyone can send the link to me with a matter of urgency

How do I get my starter pack?
Call the HM Revenue & Customs New Employers Helpline on Tel 0845 60 70 143. As well as sending the starter pack, staff at the Helpline will be able to answer any immediate queries you may have.

thankyou so much. i will ring them in the morning, as my computer is also soooo slow ( which I could really do without today aswell )

i don,t want to do it all manually online, i would rather our new employee fill it out himself.
