Please could someone let me know if Housing Benefit is supposed to be declared to Tax Credits?

Is it relevant for a claim?

    No, but you need to advise HB of Tax Credits.

    Thanks DazzerG. Housing Benefit know about my tax credits award. I was just playing with some figures (new salary, new job) on the online system and it came up under social security benefits.....

    I was starting to get worried.

    I'm sure that only taxable income is taken into consideration for tax credits
