To get a metered read bill - How does it work?

Can they tell you straight away how much the new bill is or do you have to wait a while?

If they have moved over to the new SAP systems, they should be able to tell you there and then as its one of its selling points.
In previous legacy systems, the bill has to be produced overnight.:rotfl: It's better to live 1 year as a tiger than a lifetime as a worm...but then, whoever heard of a wormskin rug!!!:rotfl:0 -
E.on will immediately show the account balance after you submit a meter read even if you do not ask for a bill.0
