Ppi claims

Im trying to reclaim my ppi myself and I am having problems please help!
Firstly as self employed for 15 years I have always declined ppi because I pay around £400 a month on policy's if things go wrong.on checking just by chance I find I have ppi with HSBC on cc ,capital 1 cc and a mbna loan which stated 10 years ago at £10000 then 7 years ago went to £25000 .
So I find on statements I have paid ppi when I knows I declined.
So when I wrang HSBC they said it was my own fault and I'm not entitled to claim as the sent a statement of account every year and I should have seen and sorted it myself(!?)sending a formal letter of not valid claim.

Then capital 1 said after declining on my application ( which they sent a copy) they said I wrang them and asked for it ( completely untrue)
So I started a claim about six months ago after asking for a copy of the recording of me asking( of course there was none) an have had 4 letters each saying there is another 10 week delay with my claim resolution.

Mbna said to me on the phone ,even though I have statements showing ppi ,I do not have ppi with them(!? Lie) and then 10 days later they sold my loan to another company( will this affect claim,I must be owed thousands )

I Am so surprised at the underhanded way I'm being treated by these so called profession bodies ,as I know this had been added by all of these companies without my knowledge and I have had money wrongly taken from me by deception.

How do I get through and get money wrongley taken ,all letters sent were sent recorded delivery as stated and I also sent letter 6 weeks ago to ombudsman .
