Cigs/Alcohol/Fragrances - Barcelona

Hi all,
Currently in Barca which I would like to add, is incredible.
I need cigs for my mum, alcohol for my sister, and fragrances for me and my girlfriend as we seem to have loads of cash left over.
I was sure I saw a sign for 1L Smirnoff for €11 in the Airport, could be wrong though. Staying in the Gothic Qtr and all iveseen is €15+, most shops vary by a euro or two. Can anyone point me to a shop further afield that I can get cheap stuff or is the airport my best bet?
I understand cigs are regulated and only sold in Tabacs, are these places cheap for 200/400 or again, airport?
Finally, I've been in to a perfume shop in the Barri Gotic and the Chanel Sport I want is €55 euro for 50ml, which is about the same cost as in England, certainly not cheaper, any ideas?
Someone help me out

From memory there's not much difference in the price of cigarettes from local vs airport.
Booze, be careful, duty free tend to quote 2 prices one for those flying within the EU and those heading outside. If its cheap in Barca then buy it there.
Can't help you with your perfume and aftershave as I don't use aftershave.
If you have cash left over why not bring it home and save up for another trip away?0 -
Oh, and glad you are loving Barcelona - it's a great city!0

Can't help with vodka I'm afraid.If you want L&B, €45 in tabacs-but €55 in airport.This was Malaga 3 days ago.Generally,Spanish 'duty free' isn't cheaper these days.Oh,while I remember,1ltr Magno brandy was roughly €15 at the airport.0

Cigs are cheaper at the Tabacs shops than the airport. Remember if you are getting any the Tabacs shops are closed Sundays!0

My sister wants Jaegermeister, €12.50 70CL in shop near hotel looks as good as I can get it, £18+ in UK.
Cigs, glad I am here Monday and I have a Tabacs directly outside the hotel so will grab some there and see what's what, thanks for th advice.
Mark, that's not a bad idea, we want to go Vegas next May or June so I'll pitch that to the other half, I have a feeling she wants to go shopping

Obviously make sure your booze is in your hold baggage. Tabac shops in Spain are generally regulated and prices the same at all however many give a little extra (lighter/minature etc) to try and entice you to buy from there. Perfume generally cheaper from local shop (plus again you may get freebies) rather than airport but try and make sure shop are not doing you a deal on old stock.0

Turns out today is a public holiday to celebrate the patron saint of Barcelona. Incredible scenes in the sets, festivals and live bands etc, absolutely no shops open anywhere, second day running!
Relying on the airport now!0 -

Yes, airport shops in Spain usually aren't worth the bother. Tabacco is always more expensive and while they may have the occasional good offer on alcohol, supermarkets are almost always cheaper.
I wouldn't know about perfume. Never bought any in my life!0 -
Just returned from Tenerife (South). At the airport duty free they were selling Ibericcos Cranza wine @ €14 per bottle. At a local supermarket 15 miles to the north it was €6.95 a bottle. Even at a local restaurant it was around €10 a bottle. I can purchase it for around £10 in UK.
Therefore, don't buy at the Spanish duty free0
